Men's Health Check – Straight Up
A Men’s Health Check is your annual warrant of fitness — designed to spot risks early, fine-tune your health, and keep you performing at your best. It’s more than a quick check-up or routine blood test. The assessment looks at every system that drives performance, from heart health and hormones to mental wellbeing and lifestyle balance.
Your provider will review blood pressure, cholesterol, and cardiovascular risk, along with key hormones like testosterone, thyroid, and cortisol that influence energy and focus. Metabolic markers such as blood sugar, liver and kidney function, and weight balance are assessed too, alongside age-appropriate cancer screening. Mental health, mood, sleep, nutrition, and daily habits are also part of the review.
Why it matters: many men wait until something feels seriously wrong before taking action. A yearly health check helps you stay one step ahead — protecting performance, preventing future problems, and building the strength and resilience to feel and function at your best long-term.

Signs and Symptoms – When to Get Checked
You don’t need symptoms to benefit from a men’s health check — prevention is the point. A yearly check is about spotting risks early, making small adjustments, and keeping you performing at your best. Think of it as tuning your body for long-term strength, energy, and resilience.
It’s especially important to book in if you have a family history of heart disease, diabetes, or cancer, or if you’re dealing with ongoing fatigue, brain fog, or changes in weight or muscle. Mood shifts, stress, gut or sleep problems, or sexual health issues that linger are also signs it’s time for a check. And if you’re over 40 and haven’t had one in years, it’s worth making it a priority.
Some symptoms need urgent attention. Seek medical help straight away if you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, sudden dizziness, severe abdominal pain, blood in stools or urine, or sudden weakness, numbness, or changes in speech or vision.
