He has worked in acute cardiology, supporting patients with complex cardiovascular conditions and contributing to clinical training and mentoring.
At Mr, Jacob leads the initial assessment process, carrying out men’s health nurse screening and ensuring care starts on a clear and structured path.
He is known for his calm, straightforward approach and clear communication, helping patients feel comfortable discussing issues that are often put off.

Dr Nigel Ford brings over 20 years of senior medical experience across New Zealand and the UK. He has worked as a senior internal medicine physician in major university hospitals across his career and spent five years setting up acute medicine departments around the UK. He as worked as a medical advisor for several international nutritional and nutraceutical companies
An extensive background in cardiovascular, metabolic and general medicine gives him strong insights in the diagnosis and management of health problems, but along the way he has fostered an insight that the hospital medicine system doesn’t do enough to promote health and optimise performance.
Through Mr, he brings an understanding of the whole holistic picture of health patterns, nutrition and functional optimisation, provide a preventative approach and support optimal function and wellness throughout your life.
