We start with a straight conversation about what you're using or considering, your goals, previous cycles, current symptoms, side effects, medications and wider health history. No judgement and no lecture.
Targeted testing
We arrange testing across the areas most commonly affected by these compounds, including:

Doctor-led interpretation of your results
Once your results are back, a doctor reviews the full picture and explains what's going on in plain terms. What's tracking well, what's drifting and what needs attention.
A plan built around what we find
Your plan may include testing before, during and after use, monitoring for hormone suppression and recovery, fertility and sexual health assessment where relevant, and review of cardiovascular, liver, kidney and metabolic health.
Support and referral when needed
If side effects or new concerns come up, you have someone to talk to. That includes clear harm reduction advice and referral to an endocrinologist, cardiologist or other relevant medical specialist where it's warranted.
Clarity, either way

What is this service?
+A confidential, doctor-led health assessment and monitoring service for men using or considering anabolic steroids, peptides, SARMs or other performance-enhancing compounds. This is a harm reduction service, not a performance enhancement one. We assess your health, run targeted testing, review the results with you and monitor how things track over time.
Who is it for?
+Men currently using these compounds, men who have used them in the past and want to know where they stand, and men considering starting who want the facts first.
Will I get judged or lectured?
+No. We don't encourage non-prescribed use, and we're honest about the risks. But you'll get straight information rather than a lecture, and what you tell us stays confidential.
Does Mr. Healthcare prescribe or supply steroids or peptides?
+No. This service does not prescribe or supply non-prescribed performance-enhancing compounds. It exists to assess your health, monitor it properly and refer you on where that's needed.
What testing is included?
+Testing is targeted to the areas most commonly affected, including hormone levels and suppression, blood thickness, cholesterol and cardiovascular markers, blood pressure, liver and kidney function, blood sugar, and fertility markers where relevant. Your doctor will confirm what's appropriate for your situation.
Is it confidential?
+Yes. Your consultation and results are handled with the same confidentiality as any other medical care, in line with New Zealand health privacy requirements.
What happens after my results are reviewed?
+A doctor takes you through what the results show and what they mean. From there we'll make a personalised plan with you, which may include repeat testing, monitoring over time, treatment where appropriate, or referral to another specialist.
