The winner will receive a Men’s WOF with Mr Healthcare, our comprehensive men’s health check covering more than 200 important health markers, followed by access to appropriate Mr Healthcare services throughout the year.

And to help turn good intentions into action, he’ll also receive two personal training sessions every month for 12 months, at a suitable participating location.

Mr Healthcare is a specialised men’s health clinic, with appointments in person in Ponsonby, Auckland and online nationwide. Our lead doctor has more than 15 years’ experience in men’s health.

1. Promoter  is Mr Healthcare Limited.

2. The promotion opens on 21/08/2026  and closes at 11:59pm NZST on 06/09/2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

3. Entry is open to New Zealand residents and citizens. Employees & contractors of Mr Healthcare and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. To enter, follow our page, comment on the Mr Healthcare Father’s Day competition post, and tag a dad. Each valid follow/comment/tag constitutes an entry

5. The prize One winner will receive a Mr Healthcare Year of Better Health package for the dad nominated in their winning entry. Package contains:

• One complimentary Mr Healthcare Men’s WOF, a comprehensive men’s health assessment covering more than 200 important health markers.
• Complimentary access to appropriate Mr Healthcare appointments for 12 months following the prize draw, subject to clinical assessment. Winning the competition does not guarantee that any particular treatment, medication or service will be clinically appropriate or provided.
• Two personal training sessions per month for 12 months, delivered at a suitable participating location to be agreed with the winner.

6. Personal training
Personal training comprises two sessions per month for 12 months. Sessions will be provided at a suitable participating location agreed with the winner, subject to trainer and location availability. Personal training cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

7. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the promotion closes. The winner will be contacted by Mr Healthcare via [Instagram/Facebook/direct message] using the account from which the winning entry was made. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five (5) business days, Mr Healthcare may redraw the prize.

8. The nominated dad must be aged 18 or over, reside in New Zealand, be a New Zealand resident/citizen, and agree to accept the prize and complete Mr Healthcare’s normal patient registration and consent processes before receiving healthcare services. The prize is personal to the nominated recipient and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

9. Clinical care
Nothing in this promotion overrides the independent clinical judgement of a healthcare professional. Any consultation, investigation, treatment or other healthcare service will only be provided where considered clinically appropriate. Participation in the promotion or winning the prize does not guarantee any particular health outcome.

10. Costs. Unless expressly stated as included in the prize, any incidental costs associated with accepting or using the prize, including travel to appointments / personal training sessions or any medication costs, are the responsibility of the winner.

11. PrivacyPersonal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner and arrange the prize. Any health information subsequently collected by Mr Healthcare will be handled in accordance with Mr Healthcare’s privacy policy and applicable New Zealand privacy and health information requirements.

12. Publicity
[Optional: By accepting the prize, the winner and nominated recipient agree that Mr Healthcare may use their first name and/or image in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, subject to their prior consent.]

13. Social media
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release those platforms from responsibility in connection with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

14. General
Mr Healthcare reserves the right to verify entries and at its sole discretion, disqualify any entry that it reasonably considers fraudulent, misleading, inappropriate or in breach of these terms.

If circumstances outside Mr Healthcare’s reasonable control prevent the promotion or any part of the prize from being provided as described, Mr Healthcare may substitute an equivalent component or make reasonable changes to the promotion.

Mr Healthcare’s decisions regarding the administration of the promotion and selection of the winner are final, subject to applicable New Zealand law.
